Hi, I'm Sam, For a very long time, I've been the guy behind the grill at family gatherings and get togethers with friends. I also love camping, and for me, great food is what turns a good trip into a unforgettable one.

But it wasn't always easy. Every time I fired up the grill, I ran into the same problems. The biggest one, and the one that mattered most, was serving safe, good-quality food to the people I love. Flare-ups, uneven heat, and cheap tools can ruin a meal, or worse, make someone sick. I wanted to relax and enjoy the company, not worry about what was on the plate.

Then came the cleaning. The food is eaten, everyone is happy, and you're left staring at a greasy grate and a pile of tools to scrub. Too often, cleanup took the joy out of the whole experience.

So I spent a lots of time testing what actually works. which equipment holds up, which tools make cooking safer, and which products make cleanup quick and painless. EmbaTerra began with a simple belief, everyone deserves to cook and serve great food with confidence. My mission is to bring safe, quality barbecue gear to as many backyards and campsites as possible, and yours is next.

Today, I sell barbecue equipment I'd happily use in my own backyard or at my own campsite. Every product is chosen for three things:

• Safety: Gear you can trust, so you can serve with confidence.
• Quality: Built to cook well and last for years.
• Easy cleanup: More time enjoying, less time scrubbing.
